At TCT Circuit Supply, we have a Schelling Saw that requires some technical service for repairs and maintenance. TCT was using a company based out of North Carolina that was directly affiliated with Schelling ( a German based company). The North Carolina group was the only service offered in the United States for Schelling.
TCT Circuit Supply has to pay for airline tickets, hotels and travel expense for a technician to travel to Minnesota when his schedule was open in a week to ten days. This meant that our Schelling Saw would be down and production would come to a halt.
This was unacceptable for me as a Facilities Engineer. I had found Interstate CNC Machine Repair based out of the Twin Cities, where TCT Circuit Supply is located.
Working with Interstate CNC Machine Repair, we were able to get fast service and reliable repairs. The office is extremely easy to work with and the technicians are quick, professional and reliable. TCT has had some very difficult repairs but the technicians dove right in and got the job done.
